Re-composition: HCAR, AIRLINK, FFBL, DGKC, AVN, FABL added to JSMFI

May 08, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has conducted the Re-composition exercise of the JS Momentum Factor Index (JSMFI) as of April 30, 2024.

In accordance with the relevant index rules, six adjustments have been made to the index.

The incoming companies are Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: HCAR), Air Link Communication Limited (PSX: AIRLINK), Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (PSX: FFBL), D.G. Khan Cement Company Limited (PSX: DGKC), Avanceon Limited (PSX: AVN) and Faysal Bank Limited (PSX: FABL).

The six to leave are; Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL), Attock Refinery Limited (PSX: ATRL), Engro Corporation Limited (PSX: ENGRO), Meezan Bank Limited (PSX: MEBL), National Bank of Pakistan (PSX: NBP) and Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PSX: PTCL).

The above changes in the JSMFI will take effect from Friday, May 08, 2024.

In addition, the notice also listed the revised list of JSMFI companies along with their weights in the index as of April 30, 2024.
