Systems Limited Board explores IT, services acquisition

July 23,2025(MLN): The Board of Directors of Systems Limited (PSX: SYS) has authorized a potential acquisition of an Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled services business.
The proposed acquisition remains subject to the finalization of commercial terms, completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, and receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
SYS is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017.
The Company is principally engaged in the business of software development, trading of software and business process outsourcing services.
