Supernet fixes August 19 launch for 85% right share trading

August 13, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange listed company Supernet Technologies Limited (PSX: STL) will issue 91,476,554 ordinary shares at Rs10 per share through an 85% right offer, with entitlement of 0.85 right share for every 1 ordinary share held, following approval by the company's Board of Directors on July 15, 2026.

The book closure for the right issue is scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2026. As per the schedule for issuance of Letter of Rights, unpaid rights will be credited into CDC in book entry form on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, while the Letter of Right (LOR) will be dispatched to physical shareholders on Thursday, August 20, 2026, along with intimation to PSX regarding the dispatch/credit.

Trading of unpaid rights on the Pakistan Stock Exchange will commence on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, and continue till Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

The last date for splitting and deposit of requests into CDS is Friday, August 21, 2026. The last date for acceptance and payment of shares in CDC and physical form is Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

Allotment of shares and credit of book entry into CDC will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the same day physical share certificates will be dispatched.

For CDS account holders, the subscription of the right offer will begin August 19, 2026, coinciding with the commencement of trading of unpaid rights at PSX.

The last date of trading of unpaid rights is September 2, 2026, the last date of subscription of the right offer is September 9, 2026, and credit of right shares into CDC will occur on September 23, 2026.

Payment against the Right Subscription Request is to be made through Meezan Bank Limited at all branches, under the account title "Supernet Technologies Limited, Right Shares Subscription Account."

Payment can be made by cash, crossed cheque, demand draft or pay order, or through CDC's online payment facility via 1Link using the 1Bill Payment ID for account holders, sub-account holders and investor account holders.

Non-resident Pakistanis or foreign shareholders may send a demand draft to the Company Secretary at the company's registered office along with a duly filled and signed Right Subscription Request and certified copy of NICOP/Passport, before the last payment date of September 9, 2026.

Any right offer not taken up by a CDS account holder will be treated as declined and cancelled, with unsubscribed rights offered and allotted as decided by the Board of Directors.

All fractional right entitlements will be consolidated and disposed of on the PSX, with net proceeds paid to entitled shareholders. Ordinary shares against a paid Right Subscription Request will be credited into the respective CDS account within 10 business days from the last payment date.

Physical shareholders can renounce their Letter of Right and Renouncee(s) by depositing into their own or another person's CDC investor or sub-account, or by providing CDS investor sub-account details for credit in book entry form.
