Unity Foods updates shareholders on pending litigation matters

August 13, 2026 (MLN): Unity Foods Limited (PSX:UNITY) has informed shareholders and the general public that it has received updates on two litigation matters involving company shareholders, with a regulatory show-cause suit dismissed at the threshold and a separate suit stayed in favour of arbitration.

The Company has stated that by order dated August 4, 2026, a suit challenging a regulatory show-cause notice was dismissed at the threshold, with the connected interim injunction vacated.

Separately, by order dated July 31, 2026, another suit was stayed, with the court holding that the dispute is subject to mandatory arbitration under the governing Shareholders' Agreement.

Unity Foods said it will keep PSX and its shareholders informed of further material developments as they occur.

The information was disseminated through a notification to the Exchange.
