PSO restructures Board of Management for next three years

February 22, 2019 (MLN): Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) has restructured its Board of Management with effect from February 21, 2019 thus replacing 2 members from it and welcoming 5 new members.
The new Board is to remain in place for the next three years, informed an official notification issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
According to the announcement, Mr. Zafar I. Usmani has been appointed as the new chairman while Mr. Amjad Nazir and Mr. Yousaf Naseem Khokhar are no more a part of the Board of Management.
The new Board of Management consists of 10 members in total.
