FFC plans to acquire Agritech beyond threshold

September 11, 2024 (MLN): Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL) has received a notice of Public Announcement of Intention from Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FFC) regarding its plan to acquire shares and control of the company beyond the threshold.

FFC notified Agritech Limited of this intention on September 10, 2024.

The acquisition will be carried out by FFC, potentially involving associated companies, other shareholders of the target, or other entities led by FFC.

To note, FFC has appointed Integrated Equities Limited as the Manager of the Offer (MTO) and approved the commencement of due diligence and the negotiation of acquisition terms.
