No Umrah, Hajj travel without NADRA-integrated vaccination card after Sept 14

September 14, 2026 (MLN): No international traveler will be allowed to fly out of Pakistan without a NADRA-integrated vaccination proof against polio, meningitis, yellow fever and influenza after September 14, 2026, with the Federal Government Civil Dispensary designated as the only authorized center for vaccinating passengers proceeding for Hajj or Umrah, as per directions issued by the Airport Health Department, Border Health Services-Pakistan.

The letter, addressed to the Chief Operating Officer/APM, Pakistan Airport Authority at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi, noted that in order to minimize inconvenience among Umrah pilgrims, all airlines have been asked to convey to their travel agents that from now onwards only NADRA-integrated vaccination proofs will be acceptable for travel.

Station managers of all airlines have also been asked to communicate to their travel agents that Umrah pilgrims must obtain a NADRA-integrated digitalized vaccination card from an authorized vaccination center before travel.

The facility for vaccination and online entry will also be made available at the international departure in the coming days, though passengers requiring vaccination at the airport have been asked to reach six hours prior to their flight.

Payment for the vaccination will be made through the e-Sahulat NADRA platform, the letter added, cautioning that no other vaccination card will be acceptable after September 14, 2026.
