Date for filing Income tax returns for fiscal year 2018 extended upto August 9

Aug 02, 2019: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Friday extended the deadline for filing of Income Tax returns for the fiscal year 2018, for one week up to August 9, 2019.

The extension in the deadline is meant to facilitate the individuals, association of persons and companies, intending to file their annual returns.

According to circular issued issued by the Revenue Division, the data for filing of Income Tax returns and statements for tax year 2018 was extended to further facilitate tax-payers and provide them opportunity to fulfill their tax obligations for the economic development and social prosperity of the country.
