CSIL seeks DSL support to protect shareholders’ interest

November 24, 2021 (MLN): Crescent Star Insurance Limited (CSIL) is in touch with members of Dost Steels Limited (DSL) to seek their support in order to protect the interest of the company including the general public having a 75% stake, the company filing on PSX said Wednesday.

This correspondence will lead to the company’s strategy to have majority representation on the board of DSL and CSIL for the revival of operations of the DSL plant and restructure the company.
