Zarea to debut on PSX on February 28

February 27, 2025 (MLN): Zarea Limited (ZAL) is set to make its debut on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday, February 28, 2025.

The opening price of Zarea Limited's shares will be PKR 16.50 per share, determined through the Book Building process, according to the notification issued by PSX.

The transactions will be settled on a T+2 basis. The first settlement date is set for Tuesday, March 4, 2025, while the market lot for Zarea Limited will be 1 share of PKR 1/- each, making it accessible for investors.

The shares of Zarea Limited have been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC).

All transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), with the company assigned the security symbol "ZAL".

Zarea Limited will be quoted in the "Technology & Communication" sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange, reflecting its industry alignment.

After reviewing the latest financial statements and the nature of the business, Zarea Limited is deemed Shariah Compliant as per the Shariah screening criteria of the KMI All Share Index.

Consequently, the company will be included in the PSX-KMI All Share Islamic Index (KMIALLSHR) from the date of its listing.
