Crescent Star Luxuries rebrands as Crescent Star Ventures

March 13, 2026 (MLN): Crescent Star Insurance Limited (CSIL)'s wholly owned subsidiary, Crescent Star Luxuries (Private) Limited, has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to change its name to Crescent Star Ventures (Private) Limited.

Along with the rebranding, the subsidiary plans to pivot its business focus towards corporate advisory and consultancy services.

This will include advisory on corporate affairs, company restructuring, strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market-related services.

CSIL stated that following the formal name change, the subsidiary will seek all necessary licenses, registrations, and approvals from SECP to operate in its new business domain.

This move is part of Crescent Star Group’s strategy to expand its footprint in corporate advisory and strategic financial structuring, leveraging its experience in capital markets, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring.

Further updates regarding the initiative will be shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange as the process unfolds.
