KSE 100 Index is first half closed at 41,923.49 level, negative by 74.36 points. In the first half 35.631 million shares are traded in the market. Market has reached an intraday high of 42,081.88 and a low of 41,903.40.

The sectors that are at the bottom today include E&P, Commercial Banks, Insurance and Cement.
