TPL Properties to sell ‘Centrepoint’ flagship project

August 20, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of TPL Properties, after giving due consideration, has approved the sale of the company’s flagship project “Centrepoint” located off Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway Near KPT Interchange, Karachi.

According to the notice issued to PSX, the transaction is subject to negotiation and finalization of deal terms, execution of appropriate legal agreements, completion of necessary formalities and obtaining of all necessary approvals and consents.

The company will keep updating with respect to this transaction by making further announcements as and when the transaction progresses further.
