SPL extends plant shut down for 30 more days

September 08, 2023 (MLN): The management of Sitara Peroxide Limited (PSX: SPL) has decided to extend the suspension of plant operation and production activities for another 30 days, as per the notice issued by the company to PSX.
This is in continuation of the suspension on August 16, due to the non-availability of raw materials/chemicals.
“The management is hopeful that the current scenario will get better; enabling the company to resume its production activities after three weeks.” the notice reads.
To note, the company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of hydrogen peroxide.
