Pakistan PVC appeals benami ruling on Ensena stake

July 24, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan PVC Limited (PSX: PPVC) has received a copy of an order dated May 4, 2026, passed by the Benami Transactions Adjudicating Authority, upholding proceedings initiated by the Initiating Officer in relation to shareholding of the company held by Ensena Holding FZC, which had been alleged to be benami property.

The company has filed an appeal before the Federal Appellate Tribunal seeking that the order be vacated, and the appeal is pending adjudication.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
