July 24, 2026 (MLN): The board of directors of Waves Corporation Limited (PSX: WAVES) in its meeting held on July 24, 2026 decided to make further investment in Waves Home Appliances Limited (WAVESAPP), including investment in its upcoming rights issue.

The board has authorized the company's chief executive officer to call an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to obtain shareholders' approval for the investment. The notice of the EOGM will be issued in due course.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification Exchange.
