Shell Pakistan Ltd to increase authorized share capital from Rs 1.5 bln to Rs 3 bln

November 16, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Shell Pakistan Limited, in a meeting held today, has approved the increase in the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 1,500,000,000/- (Pak Rupees One Billion Five Hundred Million Only) to Rs. 3,000,000,000/-(Pak Rupees Three Billion Only).

The decision is subject to obtaining the requisite approvals from the shareholders of the Company, and in that respect to call and hold an extraordinary general meeting of the Company on December 9, 2020 to obtain the approval of the shareholders / members of the Company for the increase in the authorized share capital of the Company and the corresponding amendments to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
