Shahnawaz Mahmood resigns as PSX director

January 10, 2020 (MLN): Mr. Shahnawaz Mahmood has resigned as shareholder director on the Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited [the Company] with immediate effect.

According to a PSX notice issued today, the casual vacancy created on the Board, as a result of said resignation, will be filled by the Board of Directors of the Company within the timeframe provided under the Companies Act, 2017.
