August 06, 2024 (MLN): A significant development has emerged for Security Leasing Corporation Limited (PSX: SLCL) as the management has reached a settlement with one of its creditors.

According to the company's latest filing, this marks significant progress in the revival and revamping of SLCL.

Furthermore, meetings with executives of major investors are also underway.

To note, the company is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) under the Non-Banking Finance Companies (Establishment and Regulations) Rules, 2003 and is engaged in the business of leasing.
