March 11, 2025 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has officially approved the appointment of Mr. Asim Jahangir Seth as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of First Punjab Modaraba (PSX: FPJM), as appointed by its Board of Directors.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

FPJM was formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and is managed by Punjab Modaraba Services (Private) Limited.
