December 22, 2020 (MLN): Ravi Textile Mills Limited has received a notice of Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) from AKD Securities Limited on the behalf of acquirers, Ch Muhammad Shafique and Muhammad Ahmed Raza to acquire up to 4,625,627 ordinary shares (18.5% of the issued share capital of the company).

AKD Securities Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Offer by the acquirers.
