PTA renews integrated telecom license of PTCL for the next 25 years

January 13, 2021 (MLN): The integrated telecom license of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) for fixed line telecom services has been renewed by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) on January 13, 2021.

Announcing the same via a notification to PSX, PTCL further informed that PTA has renewed the integrated telecom license of the company for the next twenty-five years effective from January 1, 2021.

The previous integrated license of the company was issued for 25 years effective from January 1, 1996 and was valid until December 31, 2020.
