Peshawar high court allows merger of JDTM, BCML

February 4, 2022 (MLN): The management of Janana De Malucho Textile Ltd (JDMT) has informed the bourse on Friday that the honourable Peshawar High Court passed the order to make the Scheme of Arrangement to merge Babri Cotton Mills Ltd. (BCML) into JDMT.

The said order is binding on JDMT and BCML, the creditors and shareholders of both the companies, along with all other concerned persons.
