PCAL initiates collaboration venture

April 17, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Pakistan Cables Limited (PSX: PCAL) in its emergent Board meeting on Tuesday approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form an entity to explore opportunities in collaboration with associated companies potentially.

The aforestated information was disseminated through a notification issued to the exchange.

PCAL is engaged in the manufacturing of copper rods, wires, cables and conductors, aluminium extrusion profiles and PVC compounds.

At the time of writing, the company's scrip is being traded at Rs127, down by Rs1.50 or 1.17% compared to the previous close.
