Pakistans Liquid FX Reserves increase to USD 20.88 Billion

According to figures released by the Central Bank, The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$20,884.90 million on Apr 01, 2016.

During the week, SBP received US$ 978 million from multilateral, bilateral and other official sources, which include US$503 million received from IMF under EFF and US$ 408 million as financing for Government of Pakistan. While the SBP made payments of US$ 602 million on account of external debt servicing, which includes repayment of US$518 million against Pakistan Sovereign Bond.
