October 27, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Nishat Mills Limited (PSX: NML) on Thursday recommended to invest Rs875 million in Pakgen Power Limited and Rs300mn in Lalpir Power Limited, the company filing on PSX showed today.

Both are the associated companies of NML and the aforesaid recommendation is subject to the approval of shareholders.
