Next Capital submits PAI on behalf of JS Bank to acquire over 51% of BIPL's shareholding

November 16, 2022 (MLN): Next Capital Limited (PSX: NEXT) has submitted the Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) on behalf of JS Bank Limited (JSBL) to acquire over 51% of shares and control of BankIslami Pakistan Limited (BIPL), bank's filing on PSX showed today.

To note, JSBL already owns 7.79% shares of BIPL and further intends to own further share of BIPL.
