MWMP receives acquisition offer from Meskay & Femtee

June 12, 2024 (MLN): Mandviwala Mauser Plastic Industries (PSX: MWMP) has received intention from Meskay & Femtee Trading Company (private) Limited to acquire 21,391,485 voting shares (74.41% of paid-up capital) of MWMP.
The company shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday.
MWMP is listed on the PSX as a defaulter company and is mainly engaged in manufacturing and sale of plastic and allied products.
