Ministry suspends Mobile phone services temporarily

February 08, 2024 (MLN): In the wake of recent terrorist incidents claiming precious lives and amid escalating security concerns, the Interior Ministry has temporarily suspended mobile services across Pakistan. 

This decision came amidst concerns over safety and security during the general elections scheduled for today.

Taking to its official X account, the Interior Ministry confirmed this temporary suspension, stating that the move to suspend mobile services aims to bolster security efforts and mitigate risks posed by possible terrorist activities.
