LSE Capital acquires 9% stake in Digital Custodian

April 25, 2025 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has acquired the entire 9% equity stake, comprising 4.7 million shares, previously held by ISE Towers REIT Management Company Limited in Digital Custodian Company Limited, according to a company notice.

This acquisition has strengthened LSE Capital’s position in the growing digital custody services sector. 

LSE Capital is licensed as a Modaraba Management company, besides carrying the license to act as a consultant to the issue for IPOS and corporate finance advisory services.

It managed the erstwhile Modaraba Al-Mali, which was merged into LSE Capital during May 2024.

It is now planning to launch a new Modaraba fund under the name of Modaraba Al-Tameer, which will invest in real estate projects and emerging technology companies.
