Landmark Spinning executes merger terms with Liven Pharmaceuticals

October 02, 2024 (MLN): Following approval from the High Court of Sindh, Landmark Spinning Industries Limited (PSX: LMSM) is currently in the process of executing the terms and conditions of its merger with Liven Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Limited.

To recall, on September 02, the High Court of Sindh sanctioned the aforesaid merger.

With the court's approval, the company is no longer subject to the provisions of PSX Regulation 5.11 and is now required to disseminate material information promptly.

Furthermore, upon completion of terms and conditions, all assets, rights, liabilities, and obligations of LPL are now amalgamated with, transferred to, and vested in the company.

Consequently, the name of LMSM will be changed to 'Liven Pharma Limited' and the principal line of business will also be updated, subject to the completion of all applicable legal and regulatory formalities.
