KSE 100 Index ended Monday's trading session 198.37 points (0.58%) down to close at 33,946.41. The index was down throughout the session touching an intraday low of 33,887.07 (-257.71) points. Total traded volume was 131m shares compared to 181m shares from the previous session. Of the 340 companies traded 142 closed up, 185 closed down while 13 remained unchanged. Market cap decreased by Rs.29bn, while traded value fell from Rs.7.57bn to Rs.5.72Bn.
