KP govt to construct hydel power station in Upper Dir

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to construct a hydel power station at Darora in Upper Dir.
A spokesman of the provincial government said, “The power station will be constructed on River Panjkora. It will be completed at a cost of Rs3.7 billion by 2020.”
He said, “The power station on completion will generate one hundred and fifty megawatt electricity. Feasibility study of the project has already been completed.”
