JSIL’s paid up capital reduces to 61.7 mln shares on account of buy-back

September 25, 2019 (MLN): In pursuant to the buyback of 18,397,562 shares of Rs 10 each, the paid-up capital of JS Investments Limited (JSIL), a subsidiary of JS Bank Limited has been reduced from 80,171,818 shares to 61,774,256 shares of Rs 10 each, revealed an official notification issued by JS Bank to the PSX.

As a result, the percentage of JS Bank Limited’s 52,236,978 shares in JSIL has increased from 65.16% to 84.56%.
