J.K. Spinning Mills to increase its share capital from PKR 960 million to PKR 2 billion

September 17, 2020 (MNL): The Board of Directors of J.K. Spinning Mills Limited has resolved to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 960 million (96 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 2 billion (200 million shares of Rs. 10 each).

The CEO and / or Company Secretary have been therefore authorized to do all acts, deeds and things, take any or all necessary actions to complete all legal and corporate formalities, make amendments, modification, addition or deletion and file all requisite documents with the Registrar to effectuate and implement this resolution.
