Gul Ahmed Textile Mills to acquire 50% share capital of Worldwide Developers

September 2, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited, in its Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 30, 2019, has passed a special resolution to make an investment in the aggregate amount of Rs. 2,295 million in Worldwide Developers (Private) Limited by acquiring 50% of the issued and paid up share capital and subscribing to the right issue.

The aforesaid information was disseminated via a notification issued by the company on Monday, September 2, 2019.
