Gold price in Pakistan gains Rs1,200 per tola

July 31, 2024 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs253,500 per tola, up Rs1,200.

The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs217,335 per 10-gram, up Rs1,029.

Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted higher at Rs199,224 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs2,900 per tola (+Rs40) and Rs2,486 per 10-gram (+Rs34).

On the global front, spot gold traded near $2,418 an ounce, up $8.3 or 0.34% from the previous session.
