Gold loses its shine by Rs900 to trade at Rs111800 per tola

May 27, 2021 (MLN): After witnessing a sharp increase, gold price took a turn in today's trade and plunged by Rs900 to stand at Rs1,11,800.

Similarly, the price of 10 gram 24 karat also dropped by Rs815 and was traded at Rs95,850 against its sale at Rs96,665 while the prices of ten gram 22 Karat gold moved down to Rs87,863 from Rs88,610, as per data revealed by All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association.

Silver prices remained reluctant today at Rs1,480 per tola and Rs1251.71 for ten gram.

Internationally, the demand for yellow metal tumbled by $12 and traded at $1,907 in parallel with rebounding of U.S. dollar while silver was valued at $27.66 an ounce
