January 9, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Ghani Global Holdings Limited, in its meeting held on January 9, 2020, has decided to explore the opportunities if any, for divestment, wholly or partially, of its investment in its subsidiary, Ghani Chemical Industries Limited.

The Board has also authorized the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to appoint / engage advisor(s) in this regard.
