Ghani Gases to set up new state-of-the-art 225 TPD fourth ASU Plant at Lahore

In a notice filed on bourse today, Ghani Gases Limited today informed of the review regarding the establishment of its “new state of the art 120 TPD third ASU plant at Lahore” while announcing plans to establish fourth 225 TPD plant at Lahore in anticipation of the rising demand.  

The company informed read that, “Board of Directors to commence the commercial operations of this ASU plant during the second week of September 2018.”

Furthermore, “after start of commercial operations of this plant, the company (Ghani Gases Limited) will be capable to produce 340 tons per day (around 125,000 tons per annum) insha Allah and would be the market leader in liquefied gases, technologies and services for industry and healthcare in Pakistan.”

During the meeting, board of directors of the company also took stock of the “increase in expected demand of industrial gases in upcoming CPEC projects of special economic zones and to capture the market share.” In addition to above, the company management has also decided to “setup fourth new state-of-the-art plant in south (inclusive products storages and delivery equipment) that will be capable to produce up to 225 tons per day industrial and medical gases.”

The company anticipate the project to be commissioned during the third quarter of year 2020.
