Finox Ltd strikes share subscription deal with Symmetry Group

May 22, 2024 (MLN): Finox (Pvt) Limited, an associated company of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) has entered into a share subscription agreement with Symmetry Group Limited (PSX: SYM).

Cordoba Logistics informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) of this development through a notice issued today.

Symmetry Group is a leading digital technology and experiences company that specializes in the transformation and digitalization of critical business functions with its expertise in digital strategy, transformation, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, data science, mobility, retail/ research and interactive marketing.

Meanwhile, Finox is Pakistan's leading Financial Analytics and Media company and specializes in developing solutions that enable data-driven decisions in capital markets.
