March 14, 2024 (MLN): Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited (PSX: EPCL), in collaboration with Engro Foundation and Descon Technical Institute, has launched the Umeed-E-Nouh Training Program.

This program is part of Engro's commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and empowering women with critical skills.

Moreover, it is currently nurturing the skills of 22 women, providing them with an extensive six-week training to emerge as proficient Women Forklift Operators (FLOs).

By prioritizing empowerment, this initiative strives to shatter societal norms, fostering a workplace that thrives on diversity and inclusion, contributing to a more equal and dynamic workforce.
