Empiric AI changes hands from Avanceon to Octopus Digital

December 27, 2023 (MLN): Avanceon Limited (PSX: AVN) has transferred the entire shareholding of its wholly owned subsidiary, Empiric AI (Private) Limited to Octopus Digital Limited (PSX: OCTOPUS), said a notice issued by the company to the local bourse today.

To note, Octopus is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanceon Limited.

AVN's principal activity is to trade in products of automation and control equipments and to provide related technical services.

While Octopus' prime business is to carry out Information Technology enabled services.
