CPI Preview: Inflation to fall to around 17% YoY in April

DATM requests PSX to allow shares to be traded under “Defaulter Counter”

January 13, 2023 (MLN): The management of Data Textile Mills (DATM) on Friday requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) to remove the suspension status of trading of DATM and allow the share to be traded under the "Defaulter Counter at PSX" till the other defaulters' reasons are removed and DATM is moved to the normal trading counter.

The company in a notification to exchange informed that the Lahore High Court (LHC) has disposed of the winding-up petition.

Data Textile has already removed/rectified the defaulters' reasons, warranting the immediate resumption of the trading activities in the shares of DATM in the "Defaulters' Segment/ Counter of PSX".

"The management of DATM has started efforts for the removal of all other defaults so that the shares of DATM are moved to the normal trading counter," it added.
