Crescent Cotton's shareholders approve sale of company properties

June 03, 2024 (MLN): The shareholders of Crescent Cotton Mills Limited (PSX: CCM) in their meeting held today agreed to sell off the company's properties, including land, buildings, machinery, and equipment located at a specific site.

These properties are located at 46 Km, Lahore Multan Road, Chak # 66, Dina Nath, Tehsil Pattoki, District Kasur.

The members have also authorized the delegation of powers to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or any other person to act on behalf of the company in negotiating and executing the sale transaction.

Furthermore, the representatives are also authorized to appear before the Sub-Registrar or any other competent authority, register any sale deed or other documents, and collect consideration amounts related to the Properties.
