Cordoba Logistics increases share capital to Rs1 bn

May 23, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited has resolved to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs22.5 million ordinary shares of Rs10 each to Rs1 billion, company’s filing on bourse showed today.

“The Authorized Share Capital of the Company be and is hereby increased from PKR 225,000,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Twenty-Five Million Only) divided into 22,500,000 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each to PKR 1,000,000,000 (Rupees One Billion Only) divided into 100,000,000 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each by creation of 77.500,000 additional ordinary shares of PKR 10 each to rank pari passu in every respect with the existing ordinary shares of the Company,” the notice said.

Recently, the company had procured ten new ISUZU Trucks worth Rs53 million, in line with its principal business of logistics and growing demand in the sector.
