Chenab Limited seeks surcharge waiver amid financial struggles

November 07, 2024 (MLN): Chenab Limited (PSX: CHBL), a composite textile company, has requested a waiver of surcharge payments during the suspension period of share trading due to the financial difficulties it is facing.

In its latest notice to the PSX, the company stated that it has paid its annual listing fees of Rs. 2,117,118 for its ordinary and preference shares for the years 2017-18 to 2021-22.

Additionally, the company's board is working to address other non-compliance issues related to PSX regulations 5.11.1(b) and 5.11.1(c) as soon as possible.
