BRRGM certificate holders get new shares of BRRGL

July 11, 2023 (MLN) Shares in respect of the amalgamation of B.R.R. Guardian Modaraba (PSX: BRR) with and into BRR Guardian Limited (BRRGL) have been credited into the respective account of the certificate holders maintained with the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC letter attached), company’s fling on PSX showed.

“New physical shares against BRRGM certificates are ready for delivery, therefore Certificate holders of BRRGM are requested to surrender their original certificates in exchange for BRRGL shares to our Registrar,” it reads.

This is with reference to the 83,276,300 securities of BRR Guardian Limited, credited into respective accounts and /or sub-accounts and/or Investors accounts in the Central Depository System at the end of the day of July 10, 2023, in exchange for certificates of "B.R.R Guardian Modaraba" in accordance with Merger Entitlement List as of June 26, 2023.

The securities "B.R.R Guardian Modaraba" has been revoked from the Central Depository System w.e.f. July 11, 2023.

The revised paid-up capital of BRR Guardian Limited in CDS is now 95,008,489 securities.
