BNWM to resume operations from May 13

May 04, 2023 (MLN): The management of Bannu Woolen Mills Limited (PSX: BNWM) has decided to extend the temporary shutdown/close of its production activities from May 06, 2023, to May 12, 2023, due to the current economic situation and its effect on the ability of the banks to open LCs for the import of raw materials.

However, the management has confirmed that production activities will resume from May 13, 2023, and any further updates on the situation will be communicated to stakeholders accordingly.

To recall, the company halted its production activities from March 25, 2023, to May 5, 2023, due to the aforementioned reason.
