BF Biosciences set for debut on PSX on Oct 21

October 18, 2024 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has announced the listing of BF Biosciences Limited (BFBIO) with effect from Monday, October 21, 2024, on the Exchange.

Trading in the certificates of the Modaraba will commence on the main Board and be settled on a T+2 basis, with the first settlement date being Monday, October 23, 2024.

The opening Price of the shares of the Company will be PKR 77 per share, as determined through the Book Building process.

It is crucial to note that the Modaraba has already been declared as an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

NCCPL has assigned "BFBIO" to the company as their Company Code / Security Symbol.
